Call for Entries: Gallery for the Annual Conference of the Society for Humanistic Psychology

Hey Photoclub! Looking to get your work displayed on campus?

Dr. Robert McInerney, Assistant Professor of Psychology and advisor for the Point Park Confluence Psychology Alliance has agreed to speak with us this Wednesday at 7pm in the photography studio about a gallery that we will be creating for the Annual Conference of the Society for Humanistic Psychology on March 29th-April 1st.

This gallery is Photography Club's first interdisciplinary collaboration on campus and will set the stage for future collaborations. The theme for the gallery will be the same as the theme of the conference, Dr. McInerney will be holding an open discussion to first explain the theme and then begin sharing ideas on how to begin making photographs that can embody the theme.

This is a great opportunity to get your work shown on campus, during an event where outside scholars and student from around the nation will be Point Park's campus, and to meet and collaborate with another Point Park community.

If you are interested in submitting work to be in the show or in helping photography club plan this event please attend this meeting as it will help you understand the theme and help you get started! For more information on the conference follow this link!!!

PS: I will be serving pizza and pop at the meeting!
